Tottenham Hotspur fans have finally gotten a glimpse at their January signing Lucas Bergvall.
The young Swedish midfielder has joined up with Tottenham having signed for the north London side back in the January transfer window.
Ange Postecoglou has quickly integrated Lucas Bergvall into the squad with the 18-year-old racking up the minutes in the opening pre-season games.
Despite just being 18 years of age, the Swede is showing promising signs of being able to make a real impact on this Spurs side for the upcoming campaign.
Bergvall turned down the opportunity to join Barcelona in favour of Spurs and it is looking like a decision which Spurs fans will feel incredibly fortunate for.
Bergvall has travelled to Japan with the senior side for their pre-season tour of Asia where he has admitted one player at the club has really surprised him since joining.

Lucas Bergvall wowed by ‘amazing’ Tottenham player so far
Bergvall made a really promising start to life in north London in the first friendly against Hearts of Midlothian.
He came on at half time and had big boots to fill after Archie Gray impressed on his debut, but he certainly delivered.
The Swede has slotted straight in to his new club and Spurs fans must be excited for what they could see from him over the coming years.
However, it seems he is still learning a lot and there is one player at the club who has really impressed him in the early stages of his time with Spurs.

Speaking to the club’s media in Tokyo, Bergvall admitted the intelligence shown by Dejan Kulusevski has really surprised him.
“Deki is smart, smarter than I thought. He’s really smart. He reads a lot of books sometimes and he knows much about life, and he’s really smart,” Bergvall said.
“Amazing player, top, top player think a lot of people [in Sweden] see him as a big profile and want to be like him,” he added when asked what people back in their homeland think of Kulusevski.
Lucas Bergvall injury update
Despite his bright start to life as a Spurs player, there has been one major concern when it comes to the 18-year-old following the most recent game against QPR.
Bergvall was forced off the pitch at Loftus Road inside the opening 25 minutes with an injury which – ironically – saw him replaced by the £26m Kulusevski.
However, ahead of Saturday’s game against Vissel Kobe in Japan, Postecoglou has suggested the Swede will be ready to go with his exit from the QPR game seemingly just precautionary.
“Yeah, the guys who have participated in the games so far plus Ben Davies has trained this week,” Postecoglou told the media on Friday.
“Out of the travelling party I think it’s still Richy and Destiny who are not quite ready to play. But everyone else is fit and well.”
